Having owned a dental practice, we understand the personal and business challenges of those within the medical sector. We recognise that a productive and compassionate healthcare team is dependent on the health and harmony of those within it. And we know that a wrong match can be a costly mistake and one that has an impact on the entire team.

Jeremy and Moana are the co-owners and directors of Good Together. Together, they’ve built a business around a simple belief: that recruitment can be good for everyone involved.
With complementary skills and perspectives, they share a genuine care and commitment to creating better outcomes for doctors, clinics and the communities they serve.
With a knack for understanding what makes people tick, Moana is passionate about helping doctors find not just jobs, but opportunities that truly fit their lives.
Known for going the extra mile, she loves bringing people together, solving problems and finding better ways of doing things. Whether she’s helping a doctor navigate the move to New Zealand, working with a clinic to find the right person, or developing new ideas to tackle some of the bigger challenges facing the medical workforce, Moana is driven by the belief that genuine connections can create lasting impact.
She also takes great joy in building a team that shares her values of care, connection, and balance, making Good Together a pretty special place to work.
Outside of work, Moana loves spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors and planning her next adventure.
As a dentist and former practice owner, Jeremy has firsthand insight into the challenges faced by both clinicians and clinics. This unique perspective gives him a genuine understanding of the people Good Together works with and the realities of running a healthcare practice.
Thoughtful, practical and a natural problem-solver, Jeremy brings a valuable clinical and commercial perspective to Good Together. His focus is on building lasting partnerships and finding solutions that work for everyone involved, because good recruitment should create value far beyond a single placement.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys playing the drums, practising the martial art Wing Chun, and spending time with family. He takes immense pride in helping lead a team that shares his commitment to connection, balance, and doing things differently in recruitment.
Claudia – Recruitment Consultant
Claudia specialises in supporting all of our wonderful locums – both GPs and Nurse Practitioners, as well as junior Registrars making the move to primary care.
She has a background in sales, a Diploma in Business, and many years experience in business operations and management, as well as running her own business since 2021.
Outside work, you’ll find her setting the pace for her two energetic little boys, baking up a storm in the kitchen or heading out on another hike to soak up the incredible nature and views Wellington has to offer!

Dani – Senior Recruitment Consultant
Dani has been in recruitment for 20 years, having worked in a range of fields including Engineering, IT, Healthcare, Medical and Social Services. Her area of expertise is Hospital Specialists and she especially loves supporting international doctors at all levels as they take the adventurous plunge into working and living in Aotearoa.
“What I love most about recruitment, particularly in healthcare where my passion lies, is the sense of being part of something bigger. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that what we do directly impacts the community and patients lives for the better.”
In her spare time, Dani enjoys spending time with her daughter. They love being outdoors and doing arts and crafts together.
Samantha – Senior Recruitment Consultant
Samantha brings a wealth of recruitment and HR experience to Good Together, along with an invaluable understanding of our health system from her time working within Health New Zealand.
Before joining our team, Samantha managed the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of Senior Medical Officers, supporting doctors through everything from Medical Council registration and immigration to credentialing and settling into their new roles.
Samantha specialises in supporting hospital specialists and loves building genuine relationships with both doctors and clinics. Warm, thoughtful and incredibly organised, she understands that successful recruitment is about far more than filling a vacancy. It’s about understanding people, navigating the complexities and making sure everyone feels supported along the way.
Outside of work, Samantha loves spending time with her daughter and taking on ambitious DIY projects that many of us wouldn’t know where to begin with!
Ingrid – Recruitment Support Specialist
Scotland born, Aotearoa raised, Ingrid is actually the product of a very successful locum opportunity!
Ingrid’s background is in people and culture, recruitment and communications, so her role with Good Together is a happy combination of her experience. Ingrid works her magic by refining our systems, helping our international doctors settle in to their new environments, and supporting the team to find mutual alignments between our clinics and our candidates.
Ingrid fills her tank with yoga, hiking, reading, and a lot of ‘experimental’ gardening!
